A. Lange & Söhne Datograph platinum perpetual calendar. Regarded as many as possibly the best chronograph ever made, a flyback chronograph movement originally designed in 1999, featuring a perpetual calendar function that will be accurate until the year 2100. The L952.1 movement is shown through the sapphire crystal case back, and shows off the exquisitely finished German silver mainplates with Glashutte ribbing, gold chatons surrounding movement jewels, and a hand engraved balance cock, with a frequency of 18,000 bph. Silver dial features solid gold appliquéd hour markers, rhodiumed gold and blued steel hands with luminous finish on the hands & dial. Dial shows big date, small seconds, day, month, leap year, day and night indicator & moon phase all indicated on the excellently finished dial.
