A.Lange & Sohne Moon Phase WG

The A.Lange & Sohne Moon Phase features the Lange outsize date and a precise moon-phase display. Known as the Saxon Moon Phase this example combines two classic complications. The symmetric arrangement of the date display at 12 o’clock and the moon-phase display in the top of the seconds sub-dial at 6 o’clock demonstrate the elegant design of this timepiece. The stunning blue colour of the solid gold lunar disc in the watches moon-phase display is the result of a patented coating process used by A.Lange & Sohne, and contrasts perfectly with the solid silver crafted dial and applied baton markers featured by the watch. This dial is presented within the watches 40mm white gold case, which also houses the watches automatic movement. Presented on a dark blue leather strap that perfectly matches the watches lunar disc every component of this watch works together to present a unique and cohesive design. Circa April 2022, this example is accompanied by its box, papers, an additional black leather strap, and the remainder of its A.Lange & Sohne warranty. This example also still features all original factory stickers.
