Breguet Transatlantique Type XX.
Classic sports model from Breguet, centre hour, minute hand, sub second at 9 o'clock for time keepoing. For chronograph, centre seconds hand, mminute counter at 3 o'clock and hour counter at 6 o'clock just above the date window. Fly back chronograph function. This time piece is very popular amongst French Air Force pilots.
Breguet also has a same watch without date display called the Aeronovale.
This timepiece is in excellent un polished condition with some minor hair line scratches on the bezel and case, comes with original Breguet box, instruction booklet and warranty booklet dated 2008
