Francois-Paul Journe, renowned as one of the foremost watchmakers alive, continually shapes horological history with every innovative creation. His distinctive Latin motto, "Invent et Fecit," translating to "invented and made," serves as F.P. Journe's trademark, assuring originality in design and meticulous craftsmanship. Since the unveiling Journe’s inaugural watch collection in 1999, a series of profound timepieces have emerged from his hands.
FP Journe CT2 RG, crafted with an 18K 6N Gold case and bracelet, boasting an elegant matte hammered finish. Mechanically akin to its earlier iterations, the CT2 incorporates a lightning seconds display at 10 o'clock. This functionality theoretically enables the measurement of elapsed times down to 1/100th of a second. Departing from conventional pushers, the Centigraphe employs a rocker located at two o'clock for a more rapid start, stop, and reset of the chronograph. The Calibre 1506, a hand-wound movement, is visible through the exhibition caseback. In line with F.P. Journe's typical craftsmanship, this movement is fashioned in 18-carat rose gold.
In pristine condition with its original box and a warranty card dated 2020, please note that this timepiece is available exclusively at our Sydney store, accessible by appointment only. This FP Journe CT2 RG is exceptionally rare in Australia, and this particular timepiece is in impeccable, mint condition.
