Longines Legend Diver Date

This Longines Legend Diver has a design inspired by the original, which was released back in the 1960’s. The two crowns on the right side of the case make it instantly recognisable and are crucial to the unique way this watch operates. 

Our example features a black dial with painted luminous Arabic numerals and date at 3. The bezel forms a ring that encircles the dial and is housed inside the case rather than above. The bezel is operated with the crown positioned above the lower one and can be used to rotate the bezel both clockwise and anti-clockwise. Beneath the dial is a Calibre L888, capable of a 72 hour power reserve which is placed inside of a 42mm case. This Legend Diver is set on a brown leather strap, joined with a steel tang buckle. This watch is in excellent condition, accompanied by its Longines box, warranty card and an additional black strap, with the balance of Longines 2 year warranty. Circa 2024
