Omega Speedmaster Professional 69ST

The 69ST Speedmaster sits at an interesting transition point in the history of the model. The watch features the new 861 calibre for the first time in place of the 321 that the watch had used since 1957. Although new on the inside the 69ST retained the step dial and dot over ninety bezel of the earlier watches and featured a caseback without the usual 'First Watch' text for the simple reason that the moon landing hadn't happened yet!

Our watch is in truly amazing condition with a beautiful satin finish black dial with nicely aged tritium baton markers with a matching handset. If that wasn't reason enough to buy then have a look at the near pristine dot over ninety bezel! Top that off with the fact that the watch retains its original 1039 bracelet stamped 4th quater 69.
