Speedy Tuesday refers to a special series of Omega Speedmaster watches, which are part of a community-driven initiative celebrating the iconic Omega Speedmaster, also known at the "Moonwatch." The concept of Speedy Tuesday originated from a social media hashtag (#SpeedyTuesday) created by Robert-Jan Broer, founder of the watch blog Fratello Watches, in 2012. The hashtag quickly gained popularity among Omega Speedmaster enthusiasts who shared their Speedmaster watches every Tuesday. Recognising the enthusiasm from the community, Omega collaborated with Fratello Watches to release limited-edition Speedmaster models specifically designed for Speedy Tuesday fans. These watches are notable for their unique design elements and limited availability, making them highly sought after by collectors.
