Rolex Daytona "Inverted six"

Gent’s 16523 Rolex Daytona in two-tone stainless steel and yellow gold. "Inverted 6" champagne dial with applied markers. The 'inverted six' dial is a rare factory occurrence from Rolex where on the 12hr totaliser sub dial the 6 was inverted which makes it appear as a 9, some would say an error by Rolex, hence its high desirability amongst collectors. Housed is the masterful Zenith ElPrimero based automatic mechanical movement calibre 4030, which operates at 28,800 vph, non-hacking seconds. 40mm case with screw-down gold pushers, screw-down crown and sapphire crystal. Two-tone Oyster bracelet with Oysterlock clasp. This watch comes in excellent condition having just returned from our watchmakers with a complete service. 12 month warranty. Circa 1991.
