Rolex GMT Master Root Beer

This Rolex GMT Master II is a 16713 reference with the original “Rootbeer” dial and bezel configuration. This watch features classic, vintage style while also offering improved functionality, including, its hour hand that can be set independently of the others for quick time zone adjustments. 

Our example features a sunburst brown dial with applied markers and date at 3. Beneath the dial is the 3185 automatic movement which enables the watch to be set to two timezones simultaneously. The movement is housed inside a 40mm stainless steel case with sapphire crystal, screw down crown and a gold brown two tone GMT bezel, sitting above the case. This piece is set on a two tone Jubilee bracelet, joined with a folded steel clasp. This GMT Master has just been freshly serviced and is becoming harder to come by, especially with its original box and paperwork. The watch is in very good condition and comes with 24 month Vintage Watch Co warranty. Circa 1991.
