Seiko Astron SSJ013J GPS Solar

The Seiko Astron series is powered by a new GPS Solar movement, calibre 3X62. This movements enhanced reception of solar signals allows for increased freedom in design. The new series presents a dimensional case with a faceted bezel with hairline finishing to contrast with the polished sides. This unique case shape allows the lines to flow seamlessly through the lugs to the watches integrated bracelet. All watches in the series feature a dial that presents a simple design, with a single sub-dial at 8 o’clock to indicate the receiving process of GPS satellites as well as the watch’s charging statues, leap second date receipt, and in-flight mode. The applied luminous indexes and the hour and minute hands are also matches to the colour of the bezel to aid in the seamless design of the watch. The watches 41.5mm titanium case has a scratch-resistant coating and its light weight allows the watch to sit comfortably on the wrist.
