The Seiko Presage Australian Cocktail Time is the newest Limited Edition Seiko, limited to 1000 pieces and exclusive to the Australian market. Featuring slim shinning markers the evoke the style of a cocktail glass the Limited Edition Seiko Presage Australian Cocktail Time is inspired by a bespoke cocktail created by the award winning Australian Whisky distillery Lark. The 40.5mm stainless steel case with rose gold plating and Hardly glass displays the stunning gold textured dial of this watch is also inspired by this custom cocktail. Driven by the Calibre 4R35 movement, this watch embodies Seiko’s unwavering commitment to crafting horological masterpieces and can be seen through the watches clear caseback. Set on a brown leather strap with a three fold clasp this watch is presented in a whiskey barrel inspired custom box and accompanied by Seiko’s 5 year warranty.

Crafted by the LARK team, Irori Moments celebrates Japanese and Tasmanian flavours in a rich  harmonious cocktail. The earthy sweetness of Lark whisky is balanced perfectly against a medley or greengages, golden plums, and local wasabi, creating the perfect cocktail.

You’ll Need:

• LARK Tasmanian Peated Single Malt Whisky


• The Still x Seiko Plum Vermouth


• Wasabi root infused grapeseed oil


• A mixing glass, spoon and strainer


• A small chilled cocktail coupe or Nick & More glass

Method:

• Combine 45ml LARK Tasmanian Peated and 30ml vermouth in your mixing glass, fill with ice and gently stir for 20 seconds


• Empty chilled water from coupe and strain your cocktail into it, then gently drop 2-3 drops of oil on top
