Tudor Submariner

Rare Tudor Submariner Gilt Chapter ring dial. Lovely original case with full thickness only polished once by us recently  with excellent bevel edges evident. Inner case back date stamp matches the serial. Excellent original beautifully patinated gilt track dial with silver printing and perfectly matched handset. Original fat font "kissing four" ghosted bezel insert in amazing original condition. Original and correctly finished Tudor caliber 390 in outstanding condition. Watch is fitted with a matching first quarter 1967 Rolex riveted “Oyster” bracelet having been recently restored.

This is one of the nicest examples of this rare version of the Tudor Submariner that we have had. It was manufactured for about 2 years only and presents in outstanding wearable condition having been recently serviced timed and pressure tested. The components alone would set a collector back tens of thousands to collate! Lovely to find  this watch with entirely original components having been sympathetically restored.
